Your body is innately programmed to stay healthy. That is, every cell in your body makes its best effort to stay healthy and when you get sick your body tries to fight off whatever it is so you can be healthy again. Your body is always striving to achieve health all by itself.
There are only two reasons why you will ever not be healthy. You either didn’t give your cells what they needed or you gave them something they didn’t need at all. This is usually referred to as toxicity and deficiency.
There are several ways your body receives nutrients to stay healthy. Through movement, eating, and thinking. If you’re stressed, lack exercise, and have a poor diet than you are not giving your cells what they need to be healthy.
Additionally, when you are stressed, eating poorly, or not moving you are giving your cells precisely what they don’t need. The result is that they try to maladapt to the environment you placed yourself in so that you can survive long enough to change your environment.
In the last 100 years we now move less, eat worse, and think more poorly than at anytime ever to exist in the entire span of humanity. There is now a category called “Preventable Chronic Diseases” these are diseases by choice of lifestyle. Some estimates say that over 99% of these Chronic diseases and early deaths are preventable.
Every year chronic diseases cause 7 in 10 deaths in the United States. About 133 million Americans, nearly 50% of adults live with at least one chronic illness and more than 75% of the health care costs are due to these conditions! Since the 1960s these conditions found in children has grown from 1.8% to 7%.
So what are these Chronic Illnesses that I am talking about?
- Heart Disease and Stroke account for more than 30% of all deaths in the US Each Year
- Cancer, the second leading cause of death
- Diabetes, leading cause of kidney failure and amputations
- Arthritis, most common cause of disability limiting over 19 million adults
- Obesity, 1 in ever 3 adults is obese, and 1 in every 5 people aged 6-19.
The contributing factors?
- tobacco use
- alcohol use
- insufficient physical activity
- poor eating habits
- poor thinking habits
Now that you have all that information, you’re probably wondering how Juice fasting can Cure Cancer. Technically it doesn’t, but it allows your body to fight off the cancer cells more easily.
When I refer to juice fasting, I am not referring to going to the store and grabbing some Sunny Delight off the shelf and drinking only that. Understand that artificial and processed juices contain added sugar and are almost as harmful as a can of soda.
What I am referring to is the process of taking Organic Vegetables and putting them through a juicer at your home to make your own fresh organic vegetable juice, preferably made up of mostly greens.
Doing a juice fast where you drink about 5 liters of juice a day has several immediate and long term effects.
- It stops you from eating all the other junk that causes diseases like cancer
- It douses your body with micro nutrients it needs for healthy cell function
- It provides your bodies with enzymes that reduce general inflammation and allows the body to begin healing itself
- It restores the PH level of your blood which will weaken almost all intruding cells, especially Cancer, to the point where they may just die off on their own or become weak enough that your blood cells can kill them
- Helps you feel better and cleanses out your system
- Provides more energy and weight loss
- The list goes on and on.
Your cells require a lot of nutrients to function, this is why multivitamins are becoming necessary over time. But getting the vitamins directly from real food will increase the absorption rate. Juice fasting is like dumping liters of health right into your system. Most people don’t even notice how bad they feel until they go through a week long juice fast.
Even adding juice to your regular diet in the morning or on an empty stomach, even if it’s just a glass, has tremendous health benefits and can keep your body healthy and strong. Juicing is not a cure, it’s a forgotten way of life. Our ancestors and every human up until a hundred years ago ate mainly from their own gardens and wild game from the hunt. They didn’t have soda, processed foods, fast food, or anything else artificial. There wasn’t heavy use of pesticides, herbicides, genetically modified foods, and who knows what else.
The rampant increase in chronic illnesses over the last 100 years falls in line with the change in our lifestyles. Exercise, healthy food, and positive thinking are not something you do when you have time, they are a requirement for a healthy life.
Chronic diseases are now considered an epidemic causing 70% of the premature deaths and causing the price of health care to climb to an unaffordable rate which costs taxpayers a lot of money. All this stems from poor choices. Start making the right choices today!
